Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
- FEM Business Club (hereinafter: "FEM"): the company that offers the membership platform via fembusinessclub.nl, established in the Netherlands.
- Member: the natural person who holds an active membership with FEM Business Club.
- Platform: the online environment of FEM Business Club, accessible via fembusinessclub.nl, including the member portal.
- Content: all materials made available through the Platform, including but not limited to masterclasses, sessions, assignments, articles, templates, downloads, and community posts.
- Services: all services offered by FEM, including the member portal, masterclasses, group sessions, buddy system, compass, events, and community.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by FEM through the Platform. By using the Platform and/or entering into a membership, the Member agrees to these terms and conditions.
FEM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. In the event of substantial changes, the Member will be notified via email or a notification within the Platform.
3. Membership and Account
Access to the Platform requires a personal account and an active membership. The Member is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities that take place through the account.
The account is strictly personal and may not be shared with or transferred to third parties. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the Member must inform FEM immediately.
FEM reserves the right to block or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.
4. Services and Content
The Platform provides access to, among other things:
- Masterclasses and educational sessions
- Group and networking meetings (online and offline)
- The buddy system for mutual support
- The compass for personal and professional development
- Community features for interaction with other members
- Assignments, templates, and downloadable materials
- Events and workshops
FEM reserves the right to modify, adjust, or improve the content and range of Services without prior notice, provided the core of the membership is maintained.
Not all Services are available at all times. FEM strives to offer a continuous and high-quality range of services but does not guarantee that all Services will be available at all times.
5. Intellectual Property
All Content made available through the Platform is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of FEM Business Club and/or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Masterclass recordings, presentations, and handouts
- Templates, workbooks, and assignments
- Articles, blogs, and educational materials
- Images, illustrations, and graphic design
- The structure, methodology, and design of the program
- Software, interface design, and branding
The Member is granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the membership. The Member is expressly not permitted to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly disclose Content
- Share Content with third parties, whether or not for payment
- Distribute screenshots, photos, or other reproductions of Content via social media or other channels
- Use Content for commercial purposes
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or replicate the source code of the Platform
In the event of a violation of this provision, FEM reserves the right to immediately terminate access to the Platform, without prejudice to the right to claim damages.
6. Payment and Membership
The costs of the membership are communicated in advance upon registration. Payment is made in accordance with the chosen payment method and frequency (monthly or annually).
The membership is automatically renewed unless the Member cancels the membership in a timely manner in accordance with the cancellation period communicated upon registration.
Upon cancellation, the Member retains access to the Platform until the end of the current billing period. Membership fees already paid will not be refunded, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Community and Code of Conduct
The Platform contains a community where Members can communicate with each other. The following code of conduct applies:
- Respectful and constructive communication with other Members, experts, and the FEM team
- No sharing of personal information of other Members outside the Platform
- No commercial or promotional messages without permission from FEM
- No discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate expressions
- Confidentiality of shared personal experiences within the community
FEM reserves the right to remove messages and, in the event of repeated violations, to exclude the Member from the community and/or terminate the membership.
8. Privacy and Data
FEM processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For a full overview of how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
FEM strives to offer high-quality Content and Services but makes no guarantees regarding suitability for specific purposes or expected results.
FEM is not liable for:
- Business decisions made based on information from the Platform
- Technical failures or temporary unavailability of the Platform
- Behavior or statements of other Members in the community
- Damage resulting from the use of services or products offered by third parties
The total liability of FEM is at all times limited to the amount the Member has paid in membership fees in the past 12 months.
10. Cancellation and Termination
The Member can cancel the membership via the Platform or by email to info@fembusinessclub.nl. The cancellation period is at least 1 month before the end of the current billing period.
FEM may terminate the membership with immediate effect if the Member acts in violation of these terms and conditions. In that case, no refund will be provided.
After termination of the membership, access to the Platform and all Content will be revoked.
11. Force Majeure
FEM is not obligated to fulfill any obligation if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure. Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond the control of FEM, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, pandemics, or government measures.
12. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where FEM Business Club is established.
